Suoi Mo Resort Masterplan

A reimagining of the possibilities for this popular local water themed park.  With the objective of encouraging longer visit duration and higher customer spend; our solution was to leverage the charms of the park-like setting and mineral lake landscape to create a desirable hospitality destination.

Defining a customer experience which is simultaneously enchanting, sophisticated, and relaxing.  Where guests can enjoy local cuisine, water themed activities, health and wellness, and relaxation in a spacious garden atmosphere.  Multiple food, beverage and entertainment venues are proposed; along with several accommodation options, including hotels and luxury glamping.
