We believe good design should be accessible to all sectors of society. This project’s objective is to fit 3 economic townhouses on one site. Each house is suitable for a small family, with the ability to adapt mezzanine space into additional bedrooms and bathrooms as each family’s circumstances improve.
Construction is of robust and readily available materials which are well understood by small local builders. Natural daylighting is brought into the interiors via simple roof lights, while breeze blocks are used for privacy screening and decoration.
