Central Park Villa

This major renovation of an existing villa required us to squeeze a big program into a small site, to accommodate the requirements of a multi-generational family.  Individual apartment units were created for separate resident parties on upper levels; while formal entertaining and family areas on the ground and basement floors act as social hubs.  Styling is influenced by a mix of restrained German neo-classicism and contemporary modern.
