Architectural redesign of new 20 storey luxury residential apartment within a large seaside township development. Our role was supporting the client side development manager to deliver more market appropriate product offerings to lift sales value.
The design objective was to create a resort ambience with emphasis on panoramic views from each unit. Appearance is modern, with low maintenance cladding to suit the coastal environment. Apartments are a combination of studio, 1 and 2 bedroom, duplex and penthouse units. Amenities include a retail podium, sky gardens, rooftop dining and recreational facilities.
