Tien Vu

Managing Director

Tien is an architect with over 25 years experience in the APAC region.  His specialisms include architecture, interiors, project management and BIM management.  Having worked on both consultancy and client side representation, Tien’s motivation is to unlock the key value drivers for successful project delivery.  He leads our design and business operations; bringing communications skills, design expertise, thought leadership and commercial acumen to achieve optimal solutions for our client partners.

Kim Thoa Tran

Vice Director

Kimmy possesses a wealth of experience in marketing, sales, and business development for Vietnamese and International companies.  Her 15 years in the building industry includes sectors such as steel structures, pre-engineered buildings, non-destructive testing, and building materials.  A focus on exports has led Kimmy to management roles based in Vietnam and Thailand, as well as building strong networks across the SEA region.  With a talent for pleasing the most demanding customers, Kimmy acts as our SEA business development and client relationship lead.

Quynh Tran

Finance & Admin Manager

With her versatile skillset, Quynh covers many bases. She holds a degree in Economics, majoring in accounting and audit; plus a 20 year career including senior accounting roles for both corporate multinationals and Vietnamese companies.

Quynh helps runs our daily operations; from advising on regulatory requirements and ensuring our financial compliance; to maintaining team morale and our administrative procedures running smoothly.  She is the key to keeping us real and organised.

Giang Nguyen

Project Manager

Giang holds a civil engineering degree, in addition to being a Fulbright scholar of finance and economics.  He has over 22 years experience in project design, supervision, and financing appraisal of large civil infrastructure and building projects.  Giang's strengths are multifaceted; combining investment and construction management knowledge, a clear understanding of project planning and approvals, plus business development expertise.  In his spare time Giang eats marathons for breakfast, as well as enthusiastically leaping into his own entrepreneurial ventures.

Duong Phan

Architect/Project Manager

Duong is an internationally experienced architect with a passion for design and a knack for project management and coordination. With a degree in architecture and a diverse background spanning Vietnam, Singapore, and the USA, Duong brings a unique perspective to every project he takes on. An avid learner with a team-oriented mind-set, he values collaboration and communication in all aspects of his work.  Perhaps most importantly, Duong loves balancing the joys of fatherhood with a successful architectural career.

Hoa Nguyen

Urban Team Lead

Hoa is a highly skilled urban planner with a master's degree in the field, and a deep understanding of local Vietnamese land planning standards and processes. He has extensive master plan project experience ranging from district wide to neighbourhood level across various cities and provinces. Hoa’s sunny disposition, wealth of knowledge, and ability to grasp commercial development objectives make him a popular favourite with our clients.  With Hoa on your team, you can expect a professional and upbeat approach to any project, no matter how complex.

Thanh Pham

Architect

Thanh holds a degree in architecture, with a particular passion for landscape and urban environments. His focus is on quality project delivery along with facilitating an enjoyable client experience.  He delights in crafting spaces extending beyond the private realm to create memorable social environments for the greater public.

Quyen Nguyen

Architect

Quyen loves architecture as a balance of art and science.  She believes design is more than just the construction of building as object.  Her real interest lies in the ability for design to positively impact user experience, psychology and the natural environment.  This is always top of mind as she strives to create spaces of both beauty and enjoyment.

Toan Nguyen

Architect

Toan is an architect who relishes participation in all project stages; from initial concept to documentation and delivery.  His personal taste is for naturally responsive and regionally appropriate modernism.  Toan possesses a keen eye for detail and a mind attuned for technical design resolution.
